Continuing high oil prices and an ageing population have created a serious shortage of nde people at all levels
The continuing success of AUT and TOFD has created a supply problem for employers in every region of the world.

Training is expensive and in short supply and after 20 years of stagnation operators and technicians are demanding rates in 2008 which are up to 40 per cent more than at the beginning of 2004.

AUTinspectors.com have developed their own proprietary simulation training 'boot camps' for everyone who needs to interpret an AUT scan. These intensive 3 day programs have been approved by British Gas Transco and are delivered on laptops.

      

 

Since the computer simulation (see below) uses virtual samples and virtual pipes, no heavy goods vehicles are required to transport bulky equipment or material.

Training can be accomplished anywhere and at anytime.

We can work with an infinite number of virtual defects as well as 80 yds of real scans created in recent field trials on a UK land pipeline.

Training is available for Welding Engineers, Senior QA/QC people, Inspectors and Technicians. One day Master Classes can be designed for management staff.
